These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” “your”) and Cluetik (“we,” “us,” “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, platform, AI agents, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
Cluetik provides a virtual AI office platform that includes AI-powered agents for lead scraping, email outreach, calling, market research, marketing, and orchestration (AI Manager). The Services are provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal use in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by Cluetik or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Services. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide and improve the Services. Our use of AI-generated or processed output will be consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are in the currency stated at checkout and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing; we will provide at least 30 days’ notice for price changes affecting your subscription. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Services.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; IN SUCH CASES, THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLUETIC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cluetik and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or any content you submit. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in such courts.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order forms or additional terms you accept, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cluetik regarding the Services. Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign our rights and obligations without restriction. Updates: We may modify these Terms from time to time; we will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

All Cluetik agents and features are currently under active development and testing. While the platform is designed to operate with a full suite of agents, certain features may be temporarily disabled, limited, or unavailable as part of ongoing testing, optimization, and performance improvements.
If users notice missing or inactive features, this indicates that those functionalities are currently being refined and will be made available in upcoming updates. Our goal is to ensure stability, reliability, and high-quality performance before full release.
Cluetik reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature at its sole discretion without prior notice, as part of its ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible experience.
As a gesture of appreciation, the first 100 early users and supporters will receive lifetime access to designated benefits, subject to the terms outlined below.
"Lifetime access" refers to continued access to the specified benefits for the duration that such features, services, or offerings remain available and supported by Cluetik, and for as long as these Terms and Conditions remain in effect without material modification or termination by Cluetik.
Cluetik reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features, pricing structures, or service offerings at its sole discretion, in accordance with future updates to the Terms and Conditions. However, early supporters will retain their designated benefits unless otherwise specified in a formal update to these Terms.
This provision applies exclusively to the first 100 verified early users or supporters identified during the initial launch phase.
